Are your COC documents original?

Original COC document from the manufacturer – 100% valid, even as a duplicate

Every COC (Certificate of Conformity) ordered via COC-OnlineService.de is issued exclusively and directly by the vehicle manufacturer. It is therefore a 100% original document, officially valid and accepted throughout the EU.

📄 PDF or paper – which is the original?

If you choose only the free PDF delivery during checkout, the physical original document remains with us. However, you can request the printed version with security features at any time later.

🆔 Why do some COC documents say “duplicate”?

Some COC documents are marked as “duplicate” – which may confuse some customers. The reason is:

The manufacturer has previously issued a COC for the vehicle. In case of reissue, regulatory standards require this to be marked as a “duplicate.”

Important:
Even if labeled as a “duplicate”, it remains a fully valid and original COC document with the same legal status as the first version.
